LETTERS FROM THE PUBLIC
Names, addresses, donation information and email addresses are removed from the letters (original paper copy is complete). All letters and emails with comments on programming and operations are included by law unless writer reuests they be excluded. Donation notes are not kept (unless they contain programming comments in which case all donation information is blacked out). Letters are retained for 3 years.
